چکیده
This communication describes a simple sensitive one-step potentiometric aptasensing method for quantitative detection of referenced therapeutic biomarker (programmed death-ligand 1, PD−L1). The aptasensor is constructed by modifying PD−L1-specific aptamer on Ti3C2-MXene nanosheets-functionalized electrode. Introduction PD−L1 induces the specific reaction between and aptamer, thereby resulting in change spatial structures. surface electric potential modified electrode shifted upon addition proteins before after with analyte. Interestingly, nanosheets can achieve higher sensitivity lower limit toward target relative to aptamer-modified Experimental results indicated that linear range using were 0.01–100 ng mL−1 7.8 pg PD−L1, respectively. Meanwhile, specificity, reproducibility, storing stability accuracy are acceptable screening human serum samples.

Pseudocapacitance of MXene nanosheets for high-power sodium-ion hybrid capacitors
High-power Na-ion batteries have tremendous potential in various large-scale applications. However, conventional charge storage through ion intercalation or double-layer formation cannot satisfy the requirements of such applications owing to the slow kinetics of ion intercalation and the small capacitance of the double layer. The present work demonstrates that the pseudocapacitance of the nanos...
متن کاملProbing the electrochemical capacitance of MXene nanosheets for high-performance pseudocapacitors.
Pseudocapacitors, which can store more energy at high charge/discharge rates, have attracted considerable attention. The performance of a pseudocapacitive material mainly depends on the interaction between electrode materials and the electrolyte ions. However, the understanding of the interaction is still limited. Here, the performance of Ti2CT2 (T = O, F, and OH) nanosheets as pseudocapacitor ...

in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...
Immunotherapy of chronic hepatitis C virus infection with antibodies against programmed cell death-1 (PD-1).
Hepatitis C virus (HCV) persistence is facilitated by exhaustion of CD8+ T cells that express the inhibitory receptor programmed cell death 1 (PD-1). Blockade of PD-1 signaling improves in vitro proliferation of HCV-specific T lymphocytes, but whether antiviral function can be restored in infected individuals is unknown. To address this question, chimpanzees with persistent HCV infection were t...
